Our ADEP/ DWI Classes are offered ON DEMAND or Every other month LIVE via zoom

The ON DEMAND Class is AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!

The LIVE Class is held in the months of May/July/September/November on Wednesday evenings from 5:00-9:00pm

4hr, 8hr, 12hr, 15hr, & 20hr ADEP/DWI classes are available

Cost varies by number of hours needed to complete contact the center for more information

MEN’S DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROGRAM

This is an 18 week, open class

This class is held online via zoom meetings

Trained staff use the Duluth Model Curriculum

The cost of the program is $700

Some situations call for a more personalized, one-on-one approach to setting and meeting goals around moderation management. Individual coaching sessions offer an in-depth approach to identify barriers that may be contributing to risk patterns and behaviors. Sessions focus on identifying and clarifying the shifts in your drinking behavior, assessing goals around chemical use and creating a plan that supports and assists you to embrace mindful drinking for balanced living. INDIVIDUAL COACHING / 24 HOUR RELAPSE PREVENTION PROGRAM

Some situations call for a more personalized, one-on-one approach to setting and meeting goals around intentional abstinence. Our individual coaching sessions/ 24 hour relapse program offers an in-depth approach to identify and resolve barriers that may be contributing to risk patterns and behaviors. Sessions focus on reducing the risk of harm, assessing goals around chemical use and creating a plan that supports and improves outcomes. ABOUT US

Thank you for your interest in Stages of Change Center. My name is Angel Uribe, I earned a bachelors degree in Corrections and a minor in Alcohol & Drug Studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have over 25 years of experience working in the field of Chemical and Behavioral Health. Awareness and insight into issues related to Alcohol & Drug use has been a lifelong passion of mine that I am now happy to deliver to the public with Stages of Change Center. I am a trained Cognitive Skills Facilitator and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Stages of Change Center has continued to expand and we now offer a variety of programming designed to inspire individuals to examine and change habits and patterns as needed to reduce risk to and improve chemical health as well as interpersonal, academic, vocational, intimate and non-intimate relationships.
